Comprehensive Consultations
The consultation service helps the do-it-yourself homeowner who is confident in their ability to redesign their home, but just needs a little guidance and a few professional recommendations. We start with an evaluation of your home and your staging needs, to make sure every aspect of your staging plan is maximized.
Using a professional set of guidelines, a written detailed analysis on the interior and exterior of the home will be presented with any recommendations that need to be completed to "set the stage" for the sale of the home. You can then decide on how much – or how little – help you need to complete the suggested changes.
The fee for this service starts at $225.00 and is based on the square footage of your home and our hourly rate.
Staging Furnished Homes
Brandees Home Staging and Redesign™ will utilize the existing furniture and accessories to refresh and enhance the positive attributes of a home. We will revitalize and rejuvenate to get the results that will make a lasting "first impression" on any potential buyer.
We also will combine existing home furnishings with our own distinct, specially selected inventory, harmonizing and blending the two together so the home will radiate above all others. We will create a magical ambiance - the perfect staged home!
Staging Vacant Homes
Whether you are a seller that has already moved out, builder, or investor, Brandees Home Staging and Redesign™ will transform the vacant home by bringing in all the necessary furniture and accessories, that will highlight the architectural features of the house and give it an attractive personality. All furnishings will be provided through our rental inventory.
Interior Redesign/Staging to Live
Even if you're not selling, let us help energize the flow of your home to create a positive and stress-free environment. Here are the specialized interior redesign/staging to live services we offer:
One Day Makeovers - We will give your home a new look in one day by using your existing furnishings and accessories! Design services are available as well if you would like to change or supplement your current décor.
Redesign - We will use our creative eye to re-create and re-energize your home. Combined with our Personal Shopping services, we will help you pick out furniture and accessories that fit your home, your lifestyle, and your budget. By remixing your furniture and accessories, we can make your home feel new again at a lower cost.
New Home Owner Move-In Staging and Furniture Placement - As you move in, we will help you to place your furniture and accessories in the ideal location to accentuate the style and architecture of your new home. Your new home will be "staged to live" so you can enjoy it for years to come!

If you are having a hard time picking out furniture and accessories to emphasize the beauty of your home, then our personal shopping services are for you. We will work within your budget and make sure the pieces selected fit your lifestyle.
Staging to Work
Staging is not just for homes. Office environments need to be clutter-free, warm, and inviting to appeal to a broad range of clients and office staff. Very similar to our Staging Furnished Homes services, but for your work place.
